The apartment suite is a 10-minute drive to the cruise ship terminal {for transportation to the grenadine islands} and a 5-minute drive to the capital centre, Kingstown and other major tourist attractions like the Botanical gardens and Fort Charlotte.

It is also fantastic for long term reservation as its ease of access to public transportation and close proximity to supermarket Chain, Massy Stores, restaurants, gym, the general hospital and a host of others makes it the perfect location for Medical students, interns, doctors as well as other business professionals.

THE SPACE
This space contains 6 one-bedroom and one two- bed apartment suites. Each newly built apartment is fully furnished with all the trappings of a modern luxury home and equipped with everything required for a relaxing and comfortable stay.  Its contemporary décor features a fully furnished living space and joint kitchen equipped with a cooker, refrigerator, microwave and other utensils.

Fully furnished air condition rooms with TV and streaming capabilities that offer amazing views with windows overlooking the rest of the island.  Guests have access to a washing machine, enclosed bathroom and extra closet space within the comfort of each apartment with available cleaning services twice a week.

Private front porch designed to permit maximum enjoyment and tranquility as it offers a scenic view of the charming Caribbean Sea, the Grenadine island of Bequia, Prime Minister’s residence, the fort set on a hill, natural landscape and the busy capital.

Outdoor security surveillance cameras and parking are on the premises to ensure high security while maintaining adequate privacy for each guest.

The host requires that all electrical appliances and water taps be turned off when not in use or leaving the apartment to conserve energy and water.

Check in is between 2pm -8pm.
Check out is by 12noon.
